New consultancy assignment at Bombardier Service

Bombardier Service Sweden employs Systecon to play a major role within their internal logistics task force. Systecon will examine possibilities for improving the logistics of their fleet maintenance projects, whilst maintaining or improving fleet operational availability.
 
Systecon’s tools and expertise will be used extensively to look at issues ranging from spare part management and stock level optimization, to performing complex analyses of resource and material utilization, for each of the different maintenance depots.

The primary goal of the group is to improve spare part availability, reduce costs and maintain the operational reliability of vehicles.
